Sign Up Process
Follow these steps to complete the sign up process so your pet can get the quality care they deserve.

Interested in joining the pack or some of our other services? Review our Safety Rules and then contact us using the Sign Up form below to get started!
Questionnaire
To have your dog join our walking, daycare, or boarding roster an online intake questionnaire will be sent for you to fill out.
Meet & Greet
A mandatory half hour meeting will be scheduled to get to know yourself, your pet, and discuss your requested service. Depending on the service it can take place at your home or ours.
Sign Up Form
Once you have submitted your form, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for a response.

Important Safety Rules
PVPC provides a personalized experience for our clients with exceptional care and safety being of the utmost importance. We take our roles as caregivers very seriously; therefore certain rules apply if you wish your dog to join our pack.
- Proof of vaccinations are required, as well as flea and tick preventative
- Dogs should be spayed/neutered at appropriate age (this can vary depending on size/ temperament)
- Dogs must be well socialized with other dogs, people, children and non-aggressive
- Dogs must display minimal to zero resource guarding
- Dogs must be comfortable with transportation
Rules for Dog Walking
- Intact male dogs are welcome on the walking roster until they reach sexual maturity. At this time, a behavioural analysis will then be performed to examine temperament in a multi-dog setting
- Puppies need to have their core vaccines administered up to 16 weeks mark
- No severe leash reactivity
- Must have basic leash manners (if your dog has the tendency to pull hard on the lead, we implement tools to assist us for safety reasons such as Gentle Leaders)
Rules for Dog Boarding
Remember your dog is a guest in our home. Our personal space, ourselves and the other guests require respect, therefore your dog must adhere to the House Rules list.
- Bordetella vaccine is required (kennel cough)
- Puppies need to have their core vaccines administered up to the 16 weeks mark
- Must be housetrained (if your dog has the occasional accident or is prone to marking indoors, disposable or washable diapers are required)
- No intact dogs
- No severe separation anxiety
- No excessively vocal dogs
- Dogs must have house manners and are non-destructive
Rules for Pet Drop-in Visits
- Cats/small pets do not display aggression towards humans
