    • Pawsitive Vibes is A-mazing !!

There is no one I trust with my baby more. Quincy always has a blast and I love watching the stories on their Instagram account!! Thank you for taking amazing care of my little girl 😊 …

    • Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care is the best in the business!

Since 2019 the team at PVPC have taken incredible care of my dog, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I never worry when he is with PVPC. It has made days at work less stressful when he's booked for a walk or day care day and trips away more enjoyable when he's boarding with them.

    • Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

We Love Pawsitive! Have used them for a few years now (weekly walks). Extremely happy with them. We receive pics after every walk! Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

    • Shown kindness and patience towards my young pup

Both Jaclyn and Selena have been nothing but wonderful communicators and shown kindness and patience towards my young pup on their walks together. Great updates post-walks, lots of photos, and reasonable pricing.

      • Sherman Falls
      • Tiffany Falls

      • Bookjans Park
      • Radial Right Way of Ancaster
      • Meadowlands Community Park

    • What happens if dogs get dirty or wet when out walking with PVPC?

When walking in rain or snow, it is guaranteed your dog might get a little (or a lot) wet or dirty. We require clients to provide towels at their front door so we can effectively dry and clean your dog’s wet fur and muddy paws. During wetter months, multiple towels are required. We do not bathe or provide grooming services for your dog.

    • How does payment work? Are there packages?

Payment is required bi-weekly on Fridays for the walking/daycare roster. Payments for boarding and prolonged pet visits are required the day services are complete. Payments are made directly through Time to Pet by adding your credit card to your profile. Easy peasy! At this time we only provide boarding packages for clients who require walks/daycare daily Monday through Friday.

    • When does a walk usually happen during the day?

Our time slots are separated into morning and afternoon. The time slots that are selectable are 10:30am and 12:30pm. These are general time blocks and do not account for pick up/drop off. Please allot for a possible three hour window in which your dog will be in our care as pack walking involves transportation. Additional circumstances could also result in longer durations.

    • Does PVPC remain open during inclement weather?

We work in rain or shine! During the winter months there are the occasional closures due to winter storms, ice, and heavy snowfall. During extreme cold/heat we modify walks and discuss with client’s whether their dog should proceed with services based on their breed and capabilities.

    • Do both large and small dogs walk together?

Yes! Our pack members go through a screening process during their Meet and Greets to ensure they are compatible with all sizes, sexes, ages, and breeds of dogs. Our goal is to build happy and neutral fluid groups so that all dogs feel comfortable and safe during their time spent in our care.

    • Does PVPC provide services for clients outside their radius?

At this time we only serve the Hamilton core, Ancaster and Stoney Creek for dog walking and pet visits. We definitely invite clients from outside our service area for daycare and boarding, yet we do not offer pick up/drop off.
