Service

PVPC’s dog walking service pairs your dog with suitable canine companions throughout the city for our adventures. Whether we are exploring parks, trails or the suburbs, your dog is always in good company.

PVPC’s dog walking service is the ideal service for a busy professional’s work week. Feel confident knowing your dog is well cared for and their needs are met while you are away from home.

Your dog’s walks with us include a full hour of exercise, access to water during and after the walks, practice with basic leash techniques, canine socialization, treats, and of course lots of cuddles and attention! We also encourage lots of sniff breaks, or “sniffaris”, as this is the primary way dogs interact with their world.

  • Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care is the best in the business!

Since 2019 the team at PVPC have taken incredible care of my dog, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I never worry when he is with PVPC. It has made days at work less stressful when he's booked for a walk or day care day and trips away more enjoyable when he's boarding with them.

  • They’re extremely professional and organized.

PVPC came highly recommended by our precious dog walker. Winnie, our Rhodesian Ridgeback has been on the PVPC roster for 3 years now and the entire team is now part of our extended family. Jaclyn and Selena keep open lines of communication and send timely updates on all of Winnie’s activities.

  • We couldn’t juggle our busy schedules without the help from Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care

Jaclyn and Selena have been an amazing support to us with our dog Millie right from when she was just a puppy. They taught her how to walk on leash in a pack, socialized her with other dogs and have loved on her like she’s their own.

  • We are so grateful to PVPC, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

We have had the absolute best experience with Jaclyn and Selena from PVPC, who have been walking our Shepsky, Clover, since she was 5 months old. Clover is a big girl, full of energy and is still working on her manners - Jaclyn and Selena have been so kind and patient. 💕

  • My boys are happier and way more social since we found Selena and Jaclyn!!!

I feel like my kids are going to kindergarten and they are safe and happy. The reports are darling and informative!!! I only see smiles and fur love when Selena picks up by boys. I feel so privileged and grateful to be part of the Pawsitive Vibe family!!! Thank you for all that you two do!!! Woof!!!

  • We would totally recommend her to anyone.

Pawsitive vibes pet care is operated by amazing trusting people, Jaclyn and Selena. They offer trusting relief for yourself and pup to enjoy outdoor pack walks with other furry friends along with boarding options when needed. Selena is our pups dog daycare momma and she is amazing!

Contact Us
  • Does PVPC provide solo walks?

PVPC does not currently accommodate solo walks during the week. We do however walk dogs solo on weekends by appointment only. Consistent availability on weekends is not guaranteed.

  • Are clients allowed to view PVPC properties for boarding?

Absolutely! We believe in full transparency and allow our potential clients to view the environment in which their dogs will be staying. We want nothing more than our client’s to feel at ease knowing their dog will be housed in a safe, clean and comfortable space while they are way.

  • Does PVPC provide services for clients outside their radius?

At this time we only serve the Hamilton core, Ancaster and Stoney Creek for dog walking and pet visits. We definitely invite clients from outside our service area for daycare and boarding, yet we do not offer pick up/drop off.

  • My dog is a puller! Will PVPC still walk them?

PVPC uses tools to help with dogs who have the tendency to pull on the lead. If your dog is a powerful breed, we will implement tools for safety and control. Excessive pulling can cause physical strain on walkers, therefore we use tools to help protect ourselves to ensure our physical longevity in this field. Tools we commonly use are Gentle Leaders and HALTIS.
