Time to Pet (TTP) is the software program we use at Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care (PVPC) to manage our business. This portal keeps our business organized and provides a user friendly experience for our clients.

This platform allows for easy communication between clients (that’s you 👋) and PVPC. This is where you can:

  • Manage the services your pet is signed up for and the schedule (like dog walking)
  • Communicate with us directly
  • See how your pet is doing
  • View and pay invoices with ease

TTP can be accessed via a website, and also by an app for your phone.

Where to find Time to Pet and How to Setup

Once you and your pet have decided to join the PVPC roster, we will email you an activation link to set up your TTP account. If you have signed up for our services and have not yet received this email, please contact us.

When you have finished inputting all the information required for you and your pet’s profile, you can then sign into TTP.

Your Pet’s Info

TTP requires you to create a personalized profile for yourself and pet(s) to provide all the essential information about your pet(s) for their care provider.

There is the basics, like your pet’s name, species, breed, and sex, but additional information is also included such your pet’s birthday, their microchip number, veterinarian information, and a personalized note section to leave any other important information about your pet. Profile pictures can also be added.

Pet Report Card and Conversation Feed

Following each service, an update or “Report Card” is provide to inform the client of their pet’s day. PVPC provides a detailed report on your pet’s experience, their behaviour, potty breaks, if other pet’s accompanied them, and any other information that would be deemed essential knowledge during our care.

PVPC uses easy identifying icons in the Pet Report Card to check mark a list of activities that your pet preformed and what we provided for them during their time with us. This gives the client a clear condensed visual of their pet’s day.

Scheduling

Scheduling your pet for services is fast and efficient with TPP. Input, view, and request changes to your pet’s schedule with ease using the app.

Last minute changes or cancellations? No problem! The PVPC team receives notifications instantly and are able to make adjustments quickly during our business hours.

Invoices & Payment

Viewing invoices and making payments through TTP is clear, quick and simple. Client’s can view all their open invoices and make payments with ease using the app. Our team emails invoices the day before pay day so the client has time to review them before payments are automatically submitted. Payments are submitted bi-weekly on Fridays for the convenience of both the client and PVPC. Credit card information is powered and protected by Stripe for a safe and secure payment process.

Boarding invoices are required to be submitted by the client themselves as this services is not on regular rotation.

Happy clients can also leave a tip for appreciation of a job well done which they can adjust to their payment. Of course tipping is not a requirement.
