PVPC’s pack play and hike service was introduced to offer pups some extra fun to their routine! Join us for monthly excursions to exciting locations in the Hamilton area for either explorative nature hikes or off-leash play sessions at parks.
We know it can be challenging to expose your dog to new experiences with a busy schedule, and that’s where this service comes in! It’s the perfect experience for pups that need a break from the hustle and bustle of city life and just want to let loose to romp and play with their fellow canines.
What's Included
The ideal service for dog’s that thrive for adventure!
- 2 hrs of structured on-leash walking or off-leash play
- Potty breaks and “sniffaris”
- Safe and specialized canine socialization
- Fresh water available for rehydration
- Treats!
- Detailed updates with photographs
What's Required
- Well socialized with other dogs
- Comfortable with transportation
- Experienced with basic leash manners
- Displays minimal to no leash reactivity
- Displays minimal to no resource guarding
- Physically capable of completing multiple hours of exercise
- Up to date on vaccinations/flea & tick preventative
Cost
Your dog will be travelling by vehicle to different locations. Duration of excursions may vary depending on location. Excursions are 2 hrs + with the inclusion of transportation. If your dog is a heavy puller or is struggling with leash etiquette, we often implement tools to aid such as a Gentle Leader for safety.

Contact UsDoes PVPC provide services for clients outside their radius?
At this time we only serve the Hamilton core, Ancaster and Stoney Creek for dog walking and pet visits. We definitely invite clients from outside our service area for daycare and boarding, yet we do not offer pick up/drop off.
