What is Time to Pet?
Time to Pet is a pet sitting software we use to manage our business. All our client management, scheduling, and invoicing is done through Time to Pet’s user friendly and secure platform. The software is also accompanied by an app to supplement a more mobile and accessible experience for registrants. Time to Pet does it all and helps us maintain a professional and organized business.
What is a Report Card?
Report Cards are updates we send after each service is completed. They include a description about your dog’s experience during the service, where we walked or whether they attended an off-leash play, a potty break outline, who were the other dogs they shared their service with, and any other interesting or notable mentions during their time with us. Pictures are also provided as a visual so client’s can see their happy dogs during our care. Fun icons are used to check mark all your dog’s needs that were fulfilled.
How long can my dog board?
Our average duration for boarding is typically 1-7 days. The longest boards we have completed have reached almost 3 weeks. We are flexible with boarding and do our best to accommodate your needs. Note that there are no packages designed for longer boards.
What are the pick up/drop off times for daycare?
Our general range for daycare pick up times is 9:30am-10:30am. Our range for drop off is typically between 2:30pm-3:30pm. Your dog is likely to spend a total of 5-6hrs in our care. These timeframes are rough estimates and can change due to various factors. Since we are a mobile business, we like be complete our rounds before rush hour begins.
What should I bring for my dog when the board?
When boarding your dog, we aim for a simplistic packing list. Your dog’s collar, harness, leash, food, medication, and bedding (if necessary) is all they need. We discourage toys or any special items as your dog is sharing a space with other dogs and we do not want items to get damaged. Coats, sweaters, and other outerwear can also be sent during season with more inclement weather.
What days can I pick for walks or daycare?
Client’s are open to select any day Monday through Friday for these services. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you will be notified through Time to Pet. If client’s require assistance on weekends, bookings are by appointment only.
Does PVPC provide services for clients outside their radius?
At this time we only serve the Hamilton core, Ancaster and Stoney Creek for dog walking and pet visits. We definitely invite clients from outside our service area for daycare and boarding, yet we do not offer pick up/drop off.
